Injectables Care Guide
Your journey to refined, natural-looking results begins with preparation. Proper pre and post-care are essential to ensuring the safety, efficacy, and longevity of your aesthetic treatment.
Pre-Treatment Care
Preparation is key to achieving optimal results and minimizing downtime. Please follow these guidelines starting 7 days prior to your appointment.

Avoid Thinners
Refrain from using blood-thinning medications and supplements like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Fish Oil, and Vitamin E for one week prior.

Check Lifestyle
Avoid alcohol consumption for 24-48 hours before treatment to reduce the risk of bleeding and bruising at the injection sites.

Skin Health
Ensure your skin is free of rashes, cold sores, or active infections in the treatment area. Inform us if you have a history of cold sores.
The First 48 Hours
Immediate Aftercare
Priority for the first 24–48 hours focuses on minimizing swelling and preventing product migration. Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, and touching the treated area. Apply a clean ice pack gently for 10 minutes every hour to soothe the skin and encourage optimal settling of your injectable treatment.

24–48 HOURS
Initial swelling and tenderness at injection sites are common. You may notice small bumps or minor bruising. Keep the area clean and avoid strenuous activity or high heat.
DAYS 3–7
Swelling typically begins to subside significantly. Bruising may transition to yellow/green tones before fading. Injectables like Botox start to settle into their final position.
DAY 14
The two-week mark is when you see your peak results. Tissues have integrated with fillers, and neurotoxins have fully relaxed the targeted muscles for a refreshed appearance.
3–6 MONTHS
Duration varies by product and metabolism. We recommend scheduling your follow-up assessment to maintain your cherry-on-top glow consistently throughout the year.
