At Cherry Aesthetics, we value your time and appreciate your consideration of our providers' schedules. To ensure appointment availability and provide the best possible experience for all clients, we require at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
 

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a cancellation charge.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $100 cancellation charge.

The $100 cancellation charge may be applied as a credit toward your rescheduled appointment. When you rebook and attend your new appointment, the $100 will be applied toward the cost of your treatment or service.

The $100 credit has no cash value and is not eligible for a cash refund.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice may be charged a $100 no-show fee.

Any application of a no-show fee toward a future appointment is at the discretion of Cherry Aesthetics.

Refunds

Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical services, payments for treatments or services that have already been performed are generally non-refundable.

Treatment results may vary from person to person, and individual results cannot be guaranteed.
